The rooms were spotless and huge, with a great view.

Lovely spot right by the bay with a peaceful and beautiful seating area where you can enjoy views of the lake 🌅.

Had a nice stay here. Tina at the front desk was MORE than accommodating. Experienced two minor problems and she was there to fix them as soon as I called the front desk.

Television, a work desk and a couch bed in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice hot breakfast, amazing location near to good restaurants and stores and lake Hamilton, close to city. No complaints whatsoever, really really nice stay during my visit.

Beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable hotel with a lake view. Nicely decorated room and bathroom with a bathtub. Excellent and amazing location, accessible to restaurants nearby. Good and yummy cookies, cereal, and eggs for breakfast. Great choice for a weekend getaway.

Extra effort put in by the cleaning staff. Elevator was out of order,we got there at 3:15 the 3rd of July waited till 6:30pm for our room that was not the one we booked through Booking .com,we had to pay extra when we got there $25per night because through Booking .com we got a room that was inside on the bottom floor ,because the elevator didn't work,we were told the bottom floor was best because the elevator didn't work,well being our vacation for the week we wanted a scenic view of the lake , we were right on the Lake,so the top floors had the best view,the waitress at the desk told us that changing rooms we would have to wait til the room was cleaned because they had cleaned the bottom floor room cause through Booked.net thats the one we got & after we paid the xtra $25.00 a night we would get which ever room the cleaning service got cleaned 1st,which would be one on the 2nd floor or one on the 3rd floor which we wanted,so we had to wait on a call from the waitress..6pm had come and gone so we went back there at 6:30 and the 2nd Shift manager told us our room had been ready for an hour....Very Disappointed!!!! Would have paid Extra for a room with a View & Outside Balcony in the 1st place,WAITRESS told us it was because Booked.net Doesn't EXPLAIN what kind of rooms their giving deals on ...$700.00 for 4 nights ,not sure who's fault it was ,spent 4 days in Hot Springs AR & wanted it to be an enjoyable experience,started out really bad,would not recommend this Hotel to anyone....They seem to do as they PLEASE : OH & the Elevator's BROKE TOO......1st Floor....ONLY....

The room I stayed in had double beds available. Rewritten: The room where I stayed had double beds ready for use, but it was not very clean.

The hotel was impeccably clean. Our room was brand-new and nicely furnished. The venue had a beautiful location on the lake. It was a short walk to downtown and good restaurants and stores. There was climate control and a balcony in the room, truly enjoyed that.

The hotel has a beautiful design and is very comfortable. The employees at check-in and check-out were competent. The room was brand-new, beautifully decorated, and had a balcony and double beds. Guests can enjoy a free and hot breakfast with a variety of options. The location is nice and stunning, close to electrical outlets and the lake. we loved our stay and highly recommend it.
